This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Seeble, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Insider Hub LLC, registered in the State of New Mexico, United States under number 3119821 (New Mexico Secretary of State); EIN 61-2307852, registered office 412 W 7th St STE 1110, Clovis, NM 88101, USA. 2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- Account data: name or nickname, email address, password, and date of birth (to confirm you are 18+).
- Profile & reading data: birth date, time and place (for birth charts), the topics you choose, and the messages you exchange with advisors.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We receive limited details such as the last four digits and card brand — we do not store full card numbers.
- Support data: messages you send us and their content.
Information we collect automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, app version, pages viewed, and actions taken.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use your data
- To provide the service — create your account, connect you with advisors, and deliver readings (performance of our contract).
- To process payments and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interests / legal obligation).
- To personalise recommendations and content (legitimate interests or consent where required).
- To communicate with you about your account, offers, and support (contract, legitimate interests, or consent).
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed with:
- Advisors, so they can carry out your reading (limited to what is necessary).
- Payment and fraud-prevention providers, to process transactions securely.
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support, email) acting on our instructions.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it in line with applicable law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Some data is retained longer where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data; to object to or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. 8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
9. Children
Seeble is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
