These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the company operating Seeble. By accessing our website, downloading our app, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Seeble.

1. Who we are

Seeble is operated by Insider Hub LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States under registration number 3119821 (New Mexico Secretary of State); EIN 61-2307852, with its registered office at 412 W 7th St STE 1110, Clovis, NM 88101, USA ("Seeble", "we", "us", "our"). 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Seeble. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements. Seeble is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. What Seeble is — and isn't

Seeble is a platform that connects you with independent advisors ("psychics") and provides spiritual content such as tarot, birth charts, palm reading, numerology, and dream analysis.

All readings and content are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not, and must not be treated as, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Advisors are independent

Advisors on Seeble are independent individuals, not our employees. We facilitate the connection and payment but do not control, and are not responsible for, the specific opinions or predictions an advisor shares. Ratings, reviews, years of experience, and reading counts are provided by advisors or aggregated from user activity and may not be independently verified.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

6. Prices, payments, and free offers

• Chat sessions are billed per minute. The exact per-minute rate is shown on each advisor's profile before you start a chat, in US dollars (USD). Rates vary by advisor.
• New-customer promotions (for example, free introductory minutes and a first-reading discount) apply once per person, to new accounts only, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Free minutes have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• You add funds to your balance in advance; we only charge for a reading once it begins. Any optional top-ups or the Seeble Rewards program are described at the point of purchase, including price and frequency.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your purchasing currency is shown before you confirm any payment.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You can stop charges at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Seeble for anything unlawful; harass, threaten, or abuse advisors or staff; request illegal, medical, or harmful guidance; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; or infringe anyone's intellectual property.

8. Intellectual property

Seeble, its logo, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the service for personal purposes only and may not copy, resell, or exploit it without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Seeble is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on a reading. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, the country where the operating legal entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
